The three packages at a glance. Tier 1 baseline venue rental (space only) is $2,500 per full day, $1,500 half-day or $800 for a two-hour minimum. Tier 2 premium production experience is $6,500 and adds a multimedia crew, an event coordinator and custom branding. Tier 3 elite execution & strategy summit is $15,000 and adds studio access, 2.5 months of pre-event consulting, a keynote and a cinematic post-event media package. Food and beverage add-ons run $32–$35 per person.

The Campus Ecosystem

Tier 1: Baseline Venue Rental

Tier 1 costs $2,500 for a full day (8–10 hours), $1,500 for a half day or $800 for a short block. It includes the main training space, flex office, kitchen, bathrooms, patio and 23 parking stalls, modular seating for up to 100, basic A/V and Wi-Fi, and post-event cleaning. Booking requires a $500 non-refundable reservation deposit and a $500 refundable security deposit; 50% of the balance is due 30 days before the event and the rest 14 days before.

• Reservation Hold: To secure your date, a flat $500 non-refundable reservation deposit is required.

• First Milestone: 50% of the remaining balance is due exactly 30 days before your event’s start date.
• Final Settlement: The remaining balance, along with any final tallies for optional add-ons (catering headcounts or custom-branded gear), is due 14 days prior to your event.

Tier 2: Premium Production Experience

Tier 2 costs $6,500 per day. It adds an on-site multimedia crew (multi-cam capture, audio, Zoom live-stream), a dedicated event coordinator for registration and badges, executive boardroom access and custom branding on the facility's screens. Booking requires a 10% non-refundable reservation deposit and a $1,000 refundable security deposit; cancellations inside 14 days forfeit payments made.

Tier 3: Elite Execution & Strategy Summit

Tier 3 starts at $15,000 per day. On top of Tiers 1 and 2 it includes Grosso Media Studios access, a continuous premium hospitality station, up to 2.5 months of pre-event consulting, a VIP experience for up to 25 guests and a fully produced cinematic recap video. It needs a 10% non-refundable deposit, a $1,000 security deposit, 50% of the balance 45 days out, and must be booked at least 2.5 months in advance.

Booking Horizon: Due to the comprehensive nature of our pre-event consulting, curriculum design, and keynote alignment, Tier 3 summits must be booked at least 2.5 months in advance.

Catering and hospitality: Executive Blue Plate catering at $32–$35 per person per day; premium hydration upgrade at $15 per person per day; custom dinners by quote; outside caterers welcome for a $300 flat vendor integration fee. Executive Blue Plate Catering Packages: $32 to $35 per person /day

• Includes premium hot breakfast options, artisanal lunch displays, and continuous standard coffee, tea, and water services.

Continuous Premium Hydration Upgrade: +$15.00 per person/day

• Replaces standard refreshments with high-end functional beverage displays (Olipop, Poppi), cold, pressed juices, and morning pastry spreads.

Custom Dinner & Reception Services: Inquire for Custom Quote

• Full service evening, dining, passed hors d’oeuvres, and cocktail networking configurations available upon request.

Outside Catering Welcome Policy: $300 Flat Vendor Integration Fee

• You are completely welcome to bring in your own preferred licensed and insured catering venue, options or third-party food vendors.
• A flat fee applies to cover full, unrestricted access to our on-site, prep, kitchen, staging encounters, post event, culinary, disposal, and vendor logistics management.

Logistics Milestone:

• All catering selections, and final headcount must be locked in no later than 7 days prior to your event’s start date.

Section 2: Custom Team Branding & Gear

Corporate Co-Sourcing Logistics Package: Custom Quote Based on Selection

• We do not distribute standard venue merchandise. Our internal design team act as your coordinator to source, print, and style retail-grade corporate apparel (polo, quarter zips, high-end notebooks) featuring your company logo.
• All custom gear is fully produced, sorted by size, and waiting at your team’s seats the moment they arrive at our campus.

Section 3: Standalone Media & Production Add-ons

Full-Day Media & Video Production Packages: $2,500 per day

• Includes a dedicated multi cam, on-site crew, providing raw event content capturing, audio reels, and digital file delivery.

Virtual Event & Live-Stream Deployment: $2,000 per day

• Full technical execution from virtual attendees via high definition, hybrid stream integration (Zoom, Teams, or private webcasts).

On-Site Corporate Photography Package: $1,500 per day

• Includes eight hours of continuous, candid and stage coverage, high resolution, digital galleries, and basic image culling/color correction. *Price subject to change.

Outside Media Team Fees: $300 flat

• If you choose to bring your own professional production team or photographers, a standard site integration fee applies.

Section 4: VIP Guest List Upgrades

Tier 3 Passenger Capacity Scaling: $150 per additional guest

• Our baseline tier 3 Summit package accommodates up to 25 VIP attendees. Additional executive guests can be added to the footprint for a flat operational charge.

Section 5: Grosso University Studios

Independent Studio & Production Suite Rental: $300 Flat

• Includes two hours of private booking in our multi-tier media theater. Full access to high-end dimmable, lighting, grids, professional lights, and stationary filming cameras.
• Configurable studio floor set up perfect for panel discussions, live recordings, or independent content creation.
• Immediate post session, digital transfer of raw-unedited footage.
  • Custom room resets and chair removals are available upon request to fit you specific filming needs.

Terms and Conditions: Financial Terms and Insurance

Prices are per day, tax included, Monday to Friday; weekend events cost 20% more. Deposits: $500 (Tier 1) or 10% (Tiers 2–3) non-refundable, plus a refundable $500 or $1,000 security deposit. 50% of the balance is due 30 days out (45 for Tier 3); the rest 7 days out. Clients must carry special-event liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate naming Grosso University LLC.

Financial Terms:

Full Day Access to Campus Facility: The price is quoted per day, including tax, and is available from Monday to Friday. Please note that premium weekend events will incur an additional cost of 20%.

Reservation Requirements: A non-refundable reservation deposit ($500 for Tier 1, or 10% for Tiers 2 and 3) is required to reserve dates, along with a credit card that will be kept on file for the duration of your event.

Security Deposit for Incidentals:

• A refundable security deposit of $500 for Tier 1 space-only rentals, or $1,000 for Tier 2 and Tier 3 production packages, is necessary at the time of booking, along with the signed contract. This deposit will cover any potential damages, excessive cleaning, overtime, or incidental costs that arise during the event. Any remaining balance will be refunded within five (5) business days after the event concludes.

Payment Deadlines:

• For Tier 1 and Tier 2 packages, 50% of the remaining balance is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the event.
• For Tier 3 packages, 50% of the remaining balance is due no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the event’s start date.

The remaining balance and any finalized add-on selections (including custom-branded apparel counts or catering headcounts) for all Tier packages is due seven (7) days before the event begins.

Any add-on packages or upgrades added after the initial contract signing must adhere to the specified deadline, with payments required at the time when 50% of the remaining balance is due for each Tier.

Insurance:

Special event liability insurance is required of all clients and is due no later than 10 days prior to your event. The insurance must, at the client’s sole expense, provide and maintain public liability and personal property damage insurance, insuring Grosso University LLC and Grosso University employees, contractors and contracted vendors against all bodily injury, property damage and personal injury and other loss arising out of the client’s use and occupancy of the premises, or the use and occupancy by any other occupant on the premises, including appurtenances to the premises and sidewalk. The insurance required hereunder shall have a single limit liability of no less than $1 million and general aggregate liability of not less than $2 million. Grosso University LLC shall be named as additional insured of said policy.

TRANSPARENT PLANNING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL EVENT.

Terms and Conditions: Insurance, Timing, Setup and Campus Standards

Certificates of insurance typically cost $50–$350 for one day. Outside caterers and vendors must provide certificates a month ahead. Full-day events may set up the day before from 8 AM. Weapons and illegal substances are prohibited; alcohol is allowed only when served by a licensed, insured third-party vendor with host liquor liability coverage.

Insurance Continued:

Certificates of Insurance (COIs) can range from $50-$350 for a one (1) day coverage. COIs can be obtained within as little as one day, or instantly online.

Any outside pre-approved caterers, and/or outside vendors, companies, and/or institutions must provide a copy of their certificates and catering licenses to Grosso University LLC at least one month prior to the event.

Time Frame Requirements:

To keep events in Tier 2 and Tier 3 running smoothly, the reserved time frames listed above are important. Clear communication and teamwork help create a strong and successful event. If the event coordinator cannot connect with you after four (4) attempts, tailored materials, VIP details, or speaker presentations may be affected or limited. Grosso University is not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by delays or lack of communication.

Setup/Breakdown:

Clients are invited to view the venue space prior to the event start date. For full-day event package, access is permitted one day in advance for setup (with an 8 AM start time) to receive any materials, subject to venue availability. For 2-hour and half-day blocks, setup and teardown access must be coordinated strictly within the contract rental window. Additionally, clients have the opportunity to take down or return any rented items until 8 PM the day following the event. Extra time may be subject to an additional fee upon request.

Grosso University Campus Standards:

Grosso University is committed to fostering a professional environment that is safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone. The presence of weapons or illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.

Grosso University does not sell or distribute alcoholic beverages. For all rental events, the distribution or consumption of beer, wine, or liquor on the premises is strictly prohibited unless provided, served, and managed entirely by a pre-approved, licensed, and insured third-party catering service or professional bartending vendor secured by the client. The client must ensure that their designated vendor holds all required temporary municipal permits, utilizes only certified/licensed bartenders, and provides Grosso University LLC with a certificate of insurance naming the venue as an additional insured under a comprehensive host liquor liability policy. Serving alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited. Grosso University staff reserves the right to immediately terminate alcohol service or end the event if safety standards are violated or if crowd control measures are deemed inadequate.

Terms and Conditions: Standards, Cancellations and Lost & Found

The campus is smoke-free except designated patio areas. Cancellations 30+ days out are refunded minus the non-refundable deposit and custom-gear spend; 14–29 days out forfeit the 50% milestone as a six-month venue credit; 13 days or less are non-refundable. Lost items are held for 30 days.

Grosso University Campus Standards:

Grosso University is a smoke-free facility. No smoking in restrooms. Only designated outdoor patio spaces are approved; however, if smoking materials are discarded in planters, sidewalks, or grounds, extra cleanup charges will be imposed. Any guest violating the smoking restrictions will be asked to leave the premises by the event staff.

Client agrees to comply with all applicable city, county, state, and federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises.

Grosso University LLC retains the right to deny service to any clients who do not align with their Campus Standards or who do not conduct themselves professionally.

It is important to remember that all events must comply with Grosso University’s established Standards and guidelines to guarantee a successful and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

By reserving an event with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Cancellations:

Cancellations 30+ Days Prior: Receive a full refund of all payments made, minus the original non-refundable reservation deposit and any funds already spent on custom-branded gear printing or specialized vendor orders.

Cancellations 14 to 29 Days Prior: The client forfeits their 50% milestone payment. However, 100% of that forfeited amount will be issued as a venue credit, which can be applied to reschedule any event at Grosso University within the next six (6) months. Cancellations 13 Days or Less Prior: All fees paid are completely non-refundable and non-transferable. At this stage, catering orders are locked, production staff are scheduled, and the date cannot be resold.

Lost and Found:

Grosso University LLC is not responsible for personal effects or possessions left on the premises during or after any event. We do, however, maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items for up to 30 days. Every attempt will be made to return any recovered item to his rightful owner. Cost for shipping lost items may be incurred.

SHARED STANDARDS. EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCES.

Terms and Conditions: Branding, Force Majeure and Media Teams

Tier 2 and 3 clients may bring their own branding; only Grosso staff move furniture and nothing may be fixed to the walls. If a force majeure event prevents an event, both parties try to reschedule within 12 months. Outside photographers and media teams need approval and a $300 integration fee.

Site Branding and Marketing:

Grosso university wants to make every event here a special and welcoming experience. Therefore every effort will be made to allow for prepared promotional logo or marketing, which reflects their own branding when reserving Tier 2 or Tier 3 packages. We ask that only the staff of Grosso University assist with rearranging or moving any furniture, including artwork, lighting or seating. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls or brick. Any tape or gum backing materials must be properly removed in an extreme case of wall damage. The card on file will be charged.

Force Majeure/Acts of God:

Grosso University shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to host an event due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, utility failures, or other emergencies creating a “Forced Majeure Event.”

If a forced majeure event prevents the event from taking place, the parties will make reasonable effort to reschedule the event within twelve (12) months. If rescheduling is not possible, Grosso University may issue a partial or full refund, unless any non-recoverable expenses or cost already incurred.

Grosso University shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including travel or lodging expenses, resulting from a Forced Majeure Event.

Photographer and Media Team:

Clients may bring their own photographer or media team with prior approval, subject to a flat outside media integration fee of $300, due when the final balance is settled. Grosso University Campus and its team will not be liable for any equipment or work provided by external photographers or media team. Clients are responsible for their photographers and/or media teams actions and must secure any necessary releases. Additionally, clients must ensure that their photographers and/or media team comply with all Grosso University Campus Standards and regulations and collaborate with Grosso University staff if needed.

Terms and Conditions: Parking, Exterior Rentals and Booking

Events get 23 designated stalls in Lots 1 and 2 plus overflow street parking. Exterior rentals must be delivered, set up and removed by the client within the contracted window. The campus hosts businesses of every sector; schedule a discovery call to secure your date and customize your layout.

Campus parking:

Grosso University Campus has a shared parking structure, which includes 23 designated parking stalls in Lots 1 and 2 (refer to the map for details). No stalls are to be taken from the remaining parking lot. It is essential that attendees are informed about which stalls they can use during the event. Overflow street parking is also available. Additionally, we recommend carpooling or utilizing secondary drop-off transportation options.

Exterior Rentals:

We take great pleasure in introducing unique items to enhance the space. Our goal is to bring your vision to life while ensuring the safety of our structures and facilitating a smooth setup. To achieve this, we need to coordinate a few logistics and approvals. All external rentals must be delivered and picked up within the time frame specified in your contract.

Our staff is unable to sign for, receive, or move these items.

You will be responsible for the complete setup and breakdown of these items. To avoid incurring additional fees, all items must be removed promptly after the event. Please confirm if your items require power, so we can ensure the space can accommodate them.
