I have been through a lot of trainings in my career, and I have always been known as the guy who falls asleep throughout it. My brain just has a switch that flips off when it’s time to learn something that my heart isn’t committed to wanting to learn. I did NOT have that problem when Grosso University came to give us a 3-day 8-hour/day training camp.
That sounds like very long days, and normally they would be, but the time FLEW. I could have spent another day or two learning from Dom easily. Everything I learned was easy to understand and implement (with enough practice).
I was our company’s top salesperson last year, so as you can imagine, I started to get it in my head that I was the best I could be already. Oh how wrong I was. I could tell the difference it made the VERY NEXT DAY.
I sold something I don’t think I normally would have sold, for more than I’d normally sell it for, just using a few of the many techniques I learned through this training. GROSSO UNIVERSITY IS AN INVESTMENT THAT WILL PAY FOR ITSELF, and one that any sales team wanting to enhance their abilities tenfold, should make! 12/10!!
