Do it. Just do it. This training is incredible. You will learn a side to this job that you didn’t even know existed! Dan is a tremendous trainer with real world examples and he makes himself available to you whenever you need him. The only requirement is that you use your new knowledge and expertise for the betterment of your customers!!! …also you’re going to have to practice practice practice.
